Stephen Finch came in and introduced himself. He was professional and friendly. He went in to inspect the project, then he explained what all he had to do. He did an EXCELLENT job. After he finished, he cleaned up whereas before I had to clean up behind the previous plumber. He is the epitome of professionalism. He’s a great access to his profession as well as his company. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends. NOW, I have a plumber for life.
